Tween Lift- Fall 1 - Thursdays at 5pm
For girls ages 9-12, this fun and empowering class is designed for young girls who are ready to start building strength, confidence, and a solid foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. Focused on proper lifting technique, body awareness, and building muscle, this class will help tweens feel strong and capable while learning how to lift safely. Whether they're new to lifting or looking to develop their skills, the class will include age-appropriate exercises to enhance strength, coordination, and overall fitness, all in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Fall session1 is September 11th-Oct 2nd
Class will be be programmed by Jenny but often be lead by someone else (who will be more than qualified!)
