For girls ages 9-12, this fun and empowering class is designed for young girls who are ready to start building strength, confidence, and a solid foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. Focused on proper lifting technique, body awareness, and building muscle, this class will help tweens feel strong and capable while learning how to lift safely. Whether they're new to lifting or looking to develop their skills, the class will include age-appropriate exercises to enhance strength, coordination, and overall fitness, all in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Winter 2 will be from Thursday Feb 12th- Thursday March 5th. Full session will be offered first then if not full single classes will be available. Full session sign up will include a tote bag this session.
Class will be be programmed by Jenny but at times be lead by someone else (who will be more than qualified!)
