Tween Lift

Weightlifting class for girls 9-12 years old

Our Tween Lift class is designed for girls ages 9–12 to learn the foundations of safe, effective strength training in a fun and supportive environment. We focus on building confidence with basic lifts, improving coordination, and developing strength that carries over into sports and daily life. Each session blends technique, age-appropriate conditioning, and teamwork—helping tweens feel strong, capable, and excited to move.

Single class sessions available for purchase. See available dates below.

ACL Bootcamp

Built to Stay: ACL Bootcamp for Girls (Ages 12–18)

ACL injuries sideline too many young athletes—but most are preventable.

This 1-hour class focuses on landing mechanics, strength, balance, and movement control to reduce injury risk and build confidence. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, it’s the training every female athlete needs to stay strong, safe, and in the game.

You are able to sign up for 1 class or multiple.
